
Hip Hop artist Don Che didn’t get where he is by chance. He had to change his life and get out of the streets. Because of this, Don Che has been able to hone his craft as an emcee and garner educational advancement degrees so he can release his newest album, “It’s Che (Not Chae)”
Don Che has been able to receive his Associates degree in Philosophy in 2016 by attending Minneapolis Community & Technical College and completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2018 at Metropolitan State University. Later, he graduated with a Masters in Advocacy and Political Leadership at MSU, garnering him with the ability to work as an activist, political leader and educator. Not only that, his name has meaning behind it.
Don Che, where the Che is pronounced like ‘Cheese’ is inspired by the Cuban revolutionary, Che Guevara, has been making Hip Hop music since 2019 with his first album, “My Own Fan,” appropriately titled for how he began to lead his life in a better direction, making it out to the 2019 Binge Music Award Show as “Artist of the Year” in Southern California.
