The pavement is heating up as Pop Out Nine16, in partnership with WildLife Ent and UBO Entertainment, officially announces the launch of the SZN 6 West Coast Tour. This 15-stop regional circuit is set to kick off on May 17, 2026, at Sacramento’s Power Inn Skatepark, bringing a high-energy blend of skateboarding, live music and community advocacy to cities from Seattle to San Diego.
Bridging the Gap for Independent Talent
Born in the summer of 2020 at Granite Skatepark, Pop Out Nine16 was established to support underserved youth and emerging creators. What began as a local gathering has evolved into a multifaceted platform that fosters community independence and collaboration.
This season, the stakes are higher. The tour has set a fundraising goal of $50,000 to secure a dedicated tour bus, an essential asset that will allow the collective to maintain its ambitious schedule and provide professional-grade platforms for at-risk youth across the West Coast.

More Than Just a Skate Contest
While the heart of the event lies in the youth skateboard competitions—featuring cash prizes of $100 for first, $75 for second and $50 for third place—the tour offers a wide-reaching cultural experience:
- Live Music: An open-mic style stage welcomes independent artists and musicians of all genres.
- Art & Workshops: Attendees can engage with live visual art displays and community resource workshops.
- Local Vending: The tour serves as a small business incubator, offering booths to clothing brands and food vendors at no cost.
How to Get Involved
The tour is currently scouting for regional talent, businesses and sponsors to join the movement. Whether you are an artist looking for stage time or a local maker interested in vending, there are no fees to participate.
Support the Vision: Community members can contribute to the “young shredders” prize pool or the tour bus fund via GoFundMe or CashApp. Every donation directly impacts the tour’s ability to provide these free resources to the community.
