Hip Hop Congress National a Non-Profit working with youth and young adults to uplift through Hip-Hop Education/Events in combination with UBO MAG who promotes underground, unsigned and independent artists through media are teaming up to find influencers and beat-writers to share what is going on in their communities when it comes to handling COVID-19 and the recent protests that are raising awareness and daring to question the government in changing laws about how police handle Black Americans and people of color.
We want to know your thoughts, your experiences and what you have seen that has given reason for positive change as well as the other side of the fence of things through your own eyes. We are looking for 100-300+ words in the form of an article that we will be publishing along with others who are standing up for change across the nation.
The written submissions will not only be published to www.ubomag.net but also will be printed in the National Hip-Hop Congress Newsletter which is received by 650+ artists, activists and educators. This is not only a great way to get your voice out but to also network and find opportunities within Hip-Hop!
