There’s a difference, alot of people think the product is all you need. They, end up focusing on and spending their money on buying product and manufacturing products. The biggest mistake alot of people make in the beginning is OVER BUYING when you don’t have a market or customers yet.
Don’t just spend all your money on products, spend your money, your time and efforts on the brand, get people to love the brand and understand what it is, what it’s about and where to find it. If people love and understand the brand you win!
You don’t just want customers, you want Fans & Supporters. And most importantly if you expect to make money, you have to be set up to receive the money. Meaning have your business structure in order from the beginning.
