What is true love?
Do we even know?

Is it collective insanity that we decide to bring forth?
Let it grow but there’s a lot that still stays in the shadows

Our own demons at bay
Run free in our minds causing us to go astray

Two resilient Roses from the concrete
Involved in a dance where few stay on beat

Beyond belief
Sometimes the good days feel like insanity

The dark days equals calamity
How many are built for the long haul?

So many seem to play the numbers game
Pretending to be excited when they’re called
