Welcome to The Game Getaway, located in the heart of Old Folsom, CA where you can pick up some of your favorite games!

Owner Ronald Petersen owns Game Getaway where he features some nostalgic games such as Monopoly, Chess and Scrabble, just in time for the holidays. He also has some new and unique games like Tokaido and Catan available for purchase.

Monday nights, Petersen manages and partakes in their weekly Game Night where game enthusiasts can enjoy modern strategy, board and party games with their friends while enjoying good food and drinks at The Fat Rabbit (825 Sutter St., Folsom, CA). Check out The Game Getaway’s Facebook page for upcoming events and get to know some of the regulars you will see at Game Night.

If you can’t make it to The Game Getaway, game lovers can call the store to see if their game is available for purchase. Otherwise, Petersen is open from 11 am-9 pm (PST) for you to sift through some of his racks and shelves of games looking for that perfect gift to share with those you love to have fun with.
